Had an outstanding service experience at the hotel. Breanna and Life at the front desk and Meech and Farrington at the Bistro were all exceptional, fun and kind people and outstanding professionals.
The staff on all the shifts were very polite and engaged in conversation.best of all , we travel with our dog and the pet friendly environment is what keeps us returning.
The only thing is you have to pay for breakfast. We like the continental breakfasts at motels. Other than that, everything was great
Life at the front desk was a lifesaver!!! I had issues with the online booking and she was able to handle and Reebok my room with ease while handling the task from other customers. She greeted everyone with kindness and loved to chat about life.
Good courtyard hotel. I moved to this Marriott after having one of the worst experiences at another property. Room was good and clean. Weird no doors on closet. Water came out of shower while using so have extra towels to clean up. Door had small gap. Overall good location. Would stay again when in area.
I enjoyed my week’s business travel stay with Courtyard. My room on the 3rd floor was spotless, the water was always hot with no interruption, and the staff were all helpful. My most interaction was with two pretty awesome gentleman (Meach and Farrington) atThe Bistro downstairs. My dinner here with them was nothing short of amazing. You can tell that Farrington is a dedicated chef and takes pride in his work. They made great recommendations and were helpful for all our dinner selections. My favorite was the grilled chicken sandwich, wings, tots, and quesadilla. I did have the opportunity to have breakfast once and the French toast was absolutely delicious! Farrington is a true gem and should be recognized for his service and the meals he prepares! Thank you for making this trip eventful!
Gene greeted me @ front desk as I walked in... very welcoming!! Nice room w'all the desired amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing, hair dryer, etc. Outdoor area w'cornhole & fireplace was inviting. The Bistro was manned by Meach!! He made it clear, "You need anything, just let me know!" Admirable professional courtesy. Site also has guest laundry, fitness and business centers.
Excellent Staff in place. GM Alex and his staff including Brie, Helen, Alexia and the bistro group provide excellent service and are very professional. Housekeeping does an excellent job on the rooms. Very clean and through. Atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. I have stayed there for several weeks and have enjoyed my entire stay. Rick Salas
